30.April 2010; Die erste Sammelklage in Sachen BP, Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling, Inc., Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. et al wurde bei Gericht eingereicht. Dem einen Leid (z.B. Fischerei, Natur; Anlieger) , des anderen Freud (auf Erfolgsbasis arbeitender (Sammel) Klägeranwälte). Es war nur eine Frage von Tagen, bis die ersten Klagen eingereicht würden. Man darf auf die noch kommenden Klagen gespannt sein. Zu hoffen bleibt, dass es die Leidtragenden dieser Umweltkatastrophe sein werden, die aus den Klagen Nutzen ziehen, und nicht in unangemessener Weise Dritte.
