20.Oktober 2010 , Klage des Herrn Roland Kiser gegen die HSH Nordbank wegen Vertragsbruchs (angeblich unberechtige Kündigung seines Arbeitsvertrages als COO der New Yorker Tochtergesellschaft der HSH Nordbank); der Geschworenenprozess beginnt am 20.Juli 2010. Schon alleine auffgrund der angeblichen Rufschädigung wird ein Schadensersatz von mindestens 10.000.000 USD verlangt. Der Anspruch auf Punitive Damages soll mindestens 25.000.000 USD betragen, und und und….. ; HSH hat im übrigen Gegenklage in Millionenhöhe erhoben. Das (taktische) Spiel ist eröffnet. Die Prozesskosten werden werden vermutlich am Ende des Verfahrens nicht unter einer Million USD liegen. Der Fall gibt sehr interessante Einblicke in Vergütungsstrukturen und Geschäftsinterna.
