Wenn die Kläger gewinnen, werden auch andere Unternehmen gezwungen ihre Emissionen von Treibhausgasen zu reduzieren. Aber einige Anwälte, die auf Umweltfragen spezialisiert sind, argumentieren, dass es schwierig sei, nachzuweisen, dass die globale Erwärmung einen spezifischen Schaden an Menschen und Umwelt verursacht.
