Law360, New York (June 25, 2010) — American International Group Inc. and Huntington National Bank are among Phoenix Licensing LLC’s latest targets as it continues its patent infringement crusade against insurers and financial institutions over marketing technology. Phoenix and exclusive licensee LPL Licensing LLC hit two dozen companies and several related entities with a complaint Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
