Am 20.Juli wird ein Gerichtstermin stattfinden, in welchem die Parteien gehört werden zur Frage der einstweiligen Verfügung des Gerichts, wonach gegenwärtig über keine Facebook-Aktien verfügt werden darf, um den Status Quo bis zu einer abschließenden Entscheidung über die angeblichen vertraglichen Ansprüche des Klägers zu sichern. Interessant ist ganz nebenbei der Klägervortrag zur Chronologie von in der Vergangenheit erfolgter Aktienveräußerungen und der (man muss schon sagen gigantischen) Wertsteigerung über die letzten Jahre.
